appropriations for the Department of the Interior, environment, and
related agencies for the fiscal year ending September 30, 2010, by a
yea-and-nay vote of 254 yeas to 173 nays, Roll No. 475. Consideration
of the measure began on Thursday, June 25th.

funding to be used for the non-Federal share of the cost of certain
